Nadine Oussaad, Viola

Nadine Oussaad is a violist who completed her artistic training at the CNSMD of Lyon (Master’s in Viola with unanimous honors, Master’s in Pedagogy) and obtained an Artist Diploma from the CNSMD of Paris.
She is a member of the Ensemble NEXT and frequently collaborates on projects with the Ensemble Intercontemporain.
Nadine has performed in prestigious venues such as the Cité de la Musique, the Philharmonie de Paris, and as a soloist at the Maison de la Radio (Radio France) in October 2025.
In 2023, she was awarded the joint 1st Prize in the strings category at the IV International Contemporary Music Performance Competition – Reate Festival in Rome, Italy.
Passionate about Algerian, Arabic, and Middle Eastern music since childhood, she continued to study these genres throughout her curriculum.
She is a laureate of the Société Générale Foundation and the Porosus Fund, and since January 2026, she has been supported by the SYLFF Foundation / Tokyo Foundation
