As part of its artistic program and its openness to contemporary forms of stage expression, the Algiers Opera House Boualem Bessaïh is pleased to present, on June 11, 2026, an exceptional evening of Stand-up Comedy featuring comedian Wary Nichen.
Titled “ Mr Cloufi ” (or ” السي كلوفي ”), the show offers a unique experience combining subtle humor with reflections on social reality. Through the character of “Clovy,” Wary Nichen delivers a satirical yet realistic portrayal of everyday life, enriched with cultural observations and direct interaction with the audience.
Born in Oran, Wary Nichen is a renowned comedian known for his intelligent and thoughtful style, as well as his ability to perform in multiple languages on international stages.
This performance reflects the evolution of Stand-up as a distinct art form that blends entertainment with thought-provoking content.
